Super 8 by Wyndham St. Regis

When I booked this hotel, I was initially skeptical because it only had two stars. My daughter‘s best friend had recently moved to Saint Regis, Montana, so we had to visit her—this was the only hotel in town. To my surprise, my stay at the Super 8 in St. Regis turned out to be a pleasant delight. The room was spotless and carried a wonderfully fresh scent. Traveling with my dog Buddy was effortless—just $15 extra, which felt like a real bargain. A charming little path, tucked away among some bushes from the parking lot, leads straight to the water’s edge. It’s more of a convenient access point than a walk, perfect for dipping your toes into the creek—or river, depending on the season—and taking a quick, refreshing break after a long drive. Even as a modest two-star motel, I felt completely at home here and would happily return. The free breakfast was simple but satisfying, and for relaxation, there’s a cozy hot tub to unwind in after a day on the road. The hallway carpets could use a bit of sprucing up, but that didn’t diminish the overall charm. A delightful bonus is the nearby travel center and charming gift shops just a block away. All in all, this spot offers surprisingly good value and character—a perfect stopover for travelers seeking comfort and a touch of local charm.

Staff is so kind and friendly. Always willing to help out. Room was clean and exactly what I needed for a quick stop on a longer roadtrip with my two dogs. I’m going to hit them up on the way back too!

This is a great friendly stop! Everyone in this town is grateful for your business. It’s in the middle of a lot of places to go, so if you want to break up your drive and win a little money, eat some good home cooking and rest up for the next day, this hotel is perfect!. It’s now a tradition for us and we love walking over to “the talking bird” Saloon.

Cmfortable beds , quiet rooms, front desk is very nice accommodating, and parking is plentiful. Definitely a great place to get a good night's sleep after driving all day

Great place to stop for a night. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, check-in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was a little spotty but I was expecting that. Was nice to have free breakfast before we got back on the road.

This place was a very pleasant surprise. The host at the front desk was one of the nicest people Ive met. From the street it didn't seem like much but the rooms were very nice inside and very clean. Perfect location coming out of those mountains after driving all day. Nice continental breakfast. Great places close by for food and drinks. Its definitely on my top list while traveling. A hidden gem for sure.

I’ve been staying here for years. The rooms are very comfortable with microwave, mini fridge, desk, in room coffee,lamps in all the right places.nice shower,plenty of hot water, beds/pillows good and have recently updated to softer sheets. Hot tub is awesome. Staff are friendly and treat me like family. Several options for dining and you get a discount at Jaspers which has good food and large menu variety. Motel is within walking distance of the river. A nice getaway from Missoula about an hour drive.

Love this cute town. The people are so nice! The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is good, although we did not eat at the hotel this time but have in the past. We stay here visiting friends in the area. Love Jaspers restaurant, and the Talking Bird Saloon. Great stop on the way through too!
